The Joys of Tea

As I sit in my air-conditioned office, piling on layers of clothing in order to keep warm, the sweet aroma of my steeping tea wafts across my desk. I take my first sips of Almond Joy, a mild green tea, full of complex yet subtle flavours. Hints of chocolate, cinnamon, almond, and coconut mingle with the mixture of green, oolong, and white tea. Its warmth begins to suffuse my body, forestalling the impending shivering.

I curse the cold air as it surges forth from hard metal vents, all the while, looking longingly at the happy sunny day outside my window. But I have tea. And it brings some joy to my cold morning. Almond Joy.
